Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect as a result of our error. This includes but is not limited to packaging boxes, labels, mailers, and other personalized items that have been printed, cut, or processed based on your specifications.


Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  1. Product arrives damaged in transit

  2. Product has manufacturing defects

  3. Incorrect item was produced (e.g., wrong size, print, or material not matching the order confirmation)


How to Submit a Claim

To request a return or refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photographic or video evidence showing the damage, defect, or error

  • If required, return the damaged or incorrect item (we will provide instructions)

We reserve the right to reject any claim that is submitted after 7 days or lacks sufficient documentation.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-built and printed, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect product size, finish, or material chosen at checkout

  • Errors in spelling, logos, artwork, or file uploads submitted by the customer

  • Low-resolution artwork or images supplied by the customer

  • Minor color or material variation due to printing limitations

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or external events beyond our control


Shipping Issues

While we partner with trusted carriers, we are not responsible for shipping delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

  • We can assist in filing a claim but are not liable for reimbursement unless the issue was caused by an internal shipping error.


Order Cancellations

Since most orders begin production within 12–24 hours, we only accept cancellations if:

  • The cancellation request is received within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Production or processing has not yet started

Once production begins, your order is final and non-refundable.


Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

  • You will receive the refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If a replacement is chosen instead, we will produce and ship it at no cost to you.


Return Shipping (If Applicable)

If we request the return of a damaged or incorrect product:

  • You will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, if possible

  • Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return label
